  • 200ml Mala Peruviana Red

     

  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice

     

  • Pinch cardamom powder

     

  • Salt & Pepper

     

  • Garnish: celery stalk, lemon wedge, piece of parmesan

  1. In a highball glass, stir together all the ingredients
  2. Fill glass with ice and garnish with celery stalk, lemon wedge & parmesan
