Ingredients

  • 120ml Mala Peruviana Fire
  • 50ml Sake
  • 10ml Port (10 years old)
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Garnish: Smoked salmon, piece of baby cucumber.

  1. In a highball glass, stir together all the ingredients
  2. Fill glass with ice and garnish with smoked salmon and the cucumber
