All tomato varieties used have been selected based on their characteristics with a view to obtain the results we wish from our products. Their taste is excellent and their sweetness high during their ripening period. Certainly, this does not result in their being calorie-rich when consumed thanks to their high content in natural sugars. Another important characteristic is their juicy flesh without too much fluid. Moreover, they have balanced acidity allowing them to offer the ultimate umami flavor explosion in combination with the sugars. The intense bright color is always dominant in the red species as well as the orange and the yellow tomato species. The color indicates the good quality of our products both in terms of selection of the raw materials and of low stress caused during pasteurization. The variety of the tomato is characterized by a strong fruit flavor and a bright orange color. The yellow tomato variety floods your palate with an intense aftertaste of orange & citrus. Lycopene and all the beneficial characteristics of the tomato fruit dominate all our varieties.
