Ingredients 200ml Mala Peruviana Earth  15ml Fresh orange juice  Salt  Garnish: Beetroot or fresh mint, orange wedge, ginger and piece of parmesan(optionally) MALA PERUVIANA EARTH Preparation In a highball glass, stir together all the ingredients Fill glass with ice and garnish with beetroot or fresh mint and orange wedge, ginger and piece of parmesan.
